There are several people in the world, so it is difficult for us to live selfish. Of cause the dissensions are happen among the people. After unsightly conflict, six judge are gone on, and six judge categorizes three; most serious, next serious, not serious.
At first, most serious judges are given to Ruth Tipton, age 73, housewife, divorced, and Jimmy Jackson, age 24, taxi driver because their commitments are like a brute, and they look without self-examination. Ruth Tipton insists she will never drink again, but actually she had been arrested four times for drink driving, also she was in hospital for a long tome because of alcohol. She may not be able to be off the alcohol anymore. It is late to know how serious after hitting a 3 year old girl on a tricycle. The restitution is 10 million dollar, rehabilitation of alcohol is 10 years, and time in jail is 25 years. Jimmy Jackson insists the alcohol made him crazy, so he raped two university girls. Everyone cannot understand his feeling why he did rape because of fight with his girlfriend. He lost not only himself but also head. Also, the conscious men do not think doing rape because of fight with his girlfriend, but he did which means his thinking for sex was always light. The restitution is 5 million dollar for two girls, rehabilitation is 25 years, and time in jail is 10 years.
Second, next serious judges are given to Charles Mercer, age 80, and Susan Smith, age 43, secretary, widow because their murders has right or due reasons. Charles Mercer climes he loved his wife so much he could not watch her suffer anymore, so he shot his wife with a gun. He might not stand facing with waste wife who had been along with him for 52 years. Time in jail is 10years, and adds community service. Susan Smith says that she is not sorry she shot her husband because he wanted to kill her. She just did self-defense and protects her four children because her husband was hitting and injured her again and again in the last 7 years. The physical and mental cruelty by her husband was suffered her. She lived with pain. The rehabilitation is 30years, time in jail is 5 years, and adds community service.
Third, not serious judges are given to George Raveling, age 18, high school dropout, and Paul Jones, age 35, unemployed, married because their thefts were not so serious. George Raveling says he did not know to pay for the chocolate. He is lie clearly, but it is quickly lie. The fine is 20 dollar for 13 chocolate bars, and adds job training. Paul Jones insists he only wanted to give his kids something for Christmas. Of cause the stealing is no good for him and for his two children, but it is natural that the father wants to make happier his children. The fine is 300 dollar for two bikes, and adds job training. People who committed something have to make amends something. The six judges were divided three categories with a warming, a fine, restitution, rehabilitation, community service, job training, and time in jail.
